Shipping policy

Every effort is made to get your purchase to you quickly and safely. We pack your parcel securely and get it to you in the most economical way.

Postage rates can vary depending on the weight and size of the items and whether they are classified as a packet or a parcel. We endeavour to get your purchases posted to you as reasonably as possible. However, if the shipping calculation means you have been overcharged with the postage, we will refund the difference.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Due to Covid 19 shipping times may take longer than usual.

Ireland

Shipping in Ireland usually takes 2 to 3 working days. 

Rest of the World

Shipping for the Rest of the World usually takes 10 to 14 working days. 

 

Damaged or lost goods will be fully refunded.         

If you receive goods you don’t like, you can return them, and you will be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

 

 

General Information

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dingle Pottery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dinglepottery.net@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
